Charming two-and-a-half-bedroom, 1300 SF condo nestled in the pines on the Fraser River, a short walk or ride from the Winter Park base area. Sunken living room makes for great gathering. Heated private garage for ski/bike storage. Located in The Trademark neighborhood at Old Town, an 8-minute walk (or two-minute bus ride) to the Gondola. The Fraser River Trail begins at the parking lot and is a nature-filled, two-mile bike, walk or ski into the town of Winter Park.

The space
On the main level the primary (king) suite includes a full bath and is adjacent to another small bedroom (one twin) and a half-bath. The upper floor consists of a loft suite with a second full bath and a triple bunk bed (full-sized lower bunk, twin upper bunk, twin pull-out trundle). This enables six guests to share the condo easily with no one sleeping in the common area. We do not recommend having more than six but If you want to add another person both the king and single sofa sleepers on the main level are very comfortable.
The great room includes a living space, gas fireplace, flat screen TV, and a separate dining area. The back door opens to stairs leading down to the banks of the Fraser River where there is an outdoor grill, picnic table and hammock (summer). Private one-car attached garage with keypad offers secure bike and ski storage. There are two private, covered parking spaces including the garage and an adjacent carport. Overflow parking is available next to the condo building.

The Trademark is surrounded by pines, away from the bustle, but still walking distance (8-10 minutes) from the lifts. Head east out the front door and you can stroll or ride to the resort village. Go the other direction and you will be on a river trail that winds through wetlands and forest for two miles, eventually ending at the town of Winter Park. The condo unit itself overlooks the Fraser River. A back door leads you down stairs to the river bank where there is an outdoor grill, benches, tables and a hammock for use during the summer. For cyclists, Old Town is an ideal location to access both the downhill bike park and trails in the Vasquez complex. Corona Pass road with access to Broken Thumb and the Idlewild area is directly across route 40.
