Beautiful and bright old building apartment in the middle of the very lively student district of Volkmarsdorf, which I rent out every now and then when I am not on site. In the neighborhood itself there are super nice bars where you can get lost.
The center is about 15 minutes by tram.

The space
The apartment is very lovingly decorated, a mix of Ikea and antique furniture. It is perfect for relaxing after a busy day. In the bedroom there is a fairly large bed, in addition, the couch in the living room can be pulled out, so that four people can be comfortably accommodated.
