The space
There is a queen size bed to accommodate up to 2 people. The room has a smart TV for your use. There is a desk workstation as well. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

The shared areas include the bathroom, great room, and kitchen. Please do not leave personal items in the shared areas. We ask guests to be respectful and clean of the shared spaces.

The kitchen is complete with all of the appliances and utensils needed to store and cook food. The kitchen includes an oven, microwave oven, toaster, blender, coffee maker, fridge, and dishwasher. Please clean any dish/utensil/appliance you use. I provide eggs, bread, milk, coffee and tea for all my guests to eat breakfast.

Parking is available in the driveway or on the street.

All shared areas are accessible to the guest. This includes the great room and use of the kitchen and fridge. The other bedrooms are off limits. The house is 3 bedroom 2 bath and all rooms are listed on Airbnb and booked every night for each room.

10 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport. 10 minutes from ASU Tempe campus. 15 minutes from downtown Phoenix. Walking distance from Tempe Diablo Stadium: home of the Angels for spring training.

The neighborhood is a typical Southwest community with a heavy Hispanic influence. Most of the nearby businesses have Spanish speaking employees. There are several restaurants within walking distance. If you are interested in a highly authentic Mexican food spot please check out Carniceria Sonora across the street. Shopping is easy with a grocery store within walking distance: food City within walking distance.

For those interested in the outdoors there are a few great hikes at South mountain nearby. There is also a neat museum nearby that is great for kids dedicated to the study of the heart: The Halle Heart Center. The listing is about 10 minutes away from Mill Avenue which is a great nightlife scene with a young and lively crowd.
