Per community house rules, all guests must register with the on-site resident manager or security. A photo copy of valid government issued identification is required for all guests in the unit.

All residents are required to sign-in their guests at the Security Desk in the main lobby for every visit. Guests are not permitted unescorted above the lobby level and may not be in possession/and or use of key set. Use of key set is reserved for the express use of residents only and may not be used to allow access to anyone other than the resident and guest.

In general, all guests are asked to be a good neighbor and to also comply with the following:
-Loud music or TV playback is generally not allowed.
-Trash chutes are located on all floors. Please adhere to posted signing. If you have items too large for the trash chute, please use the dumpster in the garage.
-All personal items (towels/ clothing) may never hang over or from a lanai ledge.
-Intoxicated behavior in any common area is prohibited.
-Upon check-out, please place all keys in the key drop in the door to the rear of our office to the right of the security desk in the lobby of Tower 1. Unaccounted for key sets will incur a $100 charge per set.

Location is fantastic, it was clean and had everything we needed! The room is on the smaller side but we didn't spend much time in the room so it didn't really matter. The bed was comfortable and Shaka Tours downstairs was really helpful! The only complaint I had was being woken up by trucks in the alley early in the morning. So of you're a light sleeper like I am this may bother you. But I would definitely stay here again.

A lovely, compact apartment one block back from Waikiki beach. While on the small side, it was good value for money, in an old but well maintained building. The views from the Lanai were great. We were looking for something clean, simple and safe close to the beach and this easily ticked all those boxes. Night time security was a plus too. We really enjoyed our stay here, and would happily recommend it to others looking for something similar.

Cute little condo in an excellent location. It was just enough for my young daughter and I. This is a clean and nice place if you're looking for a basic place to sleep. We appreciated the price and location as we spent most of our time exploring the island. The Hawaii Dream Realty team was responsive and answered any questions, very helpful. Anyone renting will enjoy the location and price but must keep in mind that it is on the small side and its just a condo rental (no room service/cleaning). I would recommend to anyone planning a budget vacation as I did.

For those doing Hawaii on a budget, studios offer the best of both worlds providing a clean, private place to stay within walking distance to the BEACH at affordable prices (vary for upgrades, views, cooking abilities). For those looking for nicer or larger accommodations, then you should target $150/night off season to $250/night peak season (vary for upgrades, views, cooking abilities, building amenities, parking included). If you are looking for an Ocean-front experience, then target $350- $400/night and for a luxury experience, $500 to over $1000/night. Hawaii offers something for everyone at every price point!

Our vacation rental units are privately owned and managed.
