Apartment on the ground floor of the house comprising a living room with kitchen, TV and sitting area, separate bathroom, separate toilet and laundry room with washing machine and clothes rack. Two spacious bedrooms (13.5 m² and 18.5 m²). Entry is through the garage of the house.
5-person apartment (extra bed of 90 in the large bedroom).
Having a dog, we do not accept pets when renting.

The space
Part of the garden with picnic table and gas plancha is reserved for tenants and on the other part there is a swimming pool with free access under the responsibility of the users.
I also make two bikes available under the responsibility of the users.
