We are located along the ancient Via Francigena in a central area of Mondragone lido, really close to the sea, restaurants, supermarkets and shops. You will like the atmosphere, the location, the traditions and the art. It is suitable for couples, business travelers and families. The price include all the utilities. Small pets are welcome.

The space
Located on the coast of the Tyrrhenian Sea, the mild clime, combined with exceptional sunshine, amplifies the possibility of visiting at any time of the year.
A few meters from the apartment, guests can take a walk to enjoy the white and very fine beach, to observe the fishing boats that still meet there.

RECOMMENDED ITINERARY:
Once in Mondragone you can visit, in the locality of Le Vagnole, the remains of the ancient sulphurous water baths, the ruins of a Roman villa and the remains of the harbor (submerged), as well as the remains of the ancient Via Appia.
For diving enthusiasts, they can take advantage of the enchanting view, which is still visible only a few meters from the water, of the ancient "Sinuessa" submerged city from the Roman era.
At the "Biagio Greco" Archaeological Museum, you can admire the Venus of Sinuessa, a marble statue, symbol of the cult of the goddess in antiquity.
Interesting is the ascent of Mount Petrino on top of which the Rocca di Mondragone rises.
The ancient heart of the city still remains the Casale di S.Angelo, characterized by intriguing alleys and characteristic houses with internal courtyard. In the same area, visit the Palazzo Ducale built by Carafa della Stadera and Palazzo Falco.
In the center of the city are the church of S.Francesco, S.Michele and that of the Vescovado, which preserves the miraculous image of the Madonna Incaldana.

APPOINTMENTS TO DO NOT MISS:
Guests, and especially photography passionated, can take advantage of the various annual events, such as the Patronal Festival in honor of Maria S.S. Incaldana that takes place during the Easter period. The historical procession is revived with a procession in period costume with songs, prayers, and invocations of the pilgrims.
In the week of Ferragosto, there is the suggestive procession of the S.S. Virgin Mary that is transported by boat to the main square of Mondragone lido, escorted by an evocative procession of boats illuminated by torches and accompanied by a spectacular setting of fireworks.
The International Folklore Festival is held in July, a manifestation of significant artistic and cultural significance.
In September, in honor of S. Michele Arcangelo, in the ancient center of Sant'Angelo, the traditional Fagiolata takes place. The peculiarity of this festivity are the beans, which are cooked in various ways and are offered under the doors of the houses with classic clay pans accompanied by wooden spoons.
For those wishing to make a gastronomic visit of the place they can appreciate the various typical products of Mondragone, among which the buffalo milk mozzarella (DOP), the wine Falerno (Doc), the Scrippella, a fried dough in the shape of a spiral.
