Unique one bedroom apartment sitting right on the banks of the famous river Tay. Perfectly located in a quiet riverside scheme that is only a short walk over Smeaton's Bridge to be instantly in the town centre. The Perth Concert hall and Perth Museum are both just across the river as is Marks and Spencer supermarket for your convenience.
The apartment comes with all basic amenities, Wifi, free parking, and a lovely private balcony. Ideal for a couple with an extra sofa bed in the lounge.

The space
The apartment is in one of the best locations in Perth. It’s in a very quiet area yet only a short walk from the town centre. If you’re lucky you may even get the chance to see otters, herons and other wildlife that lives on the river.

The local Co-op shop which is about 100 meters along the road is open daily 6am - 11pm and sells almost everything you might need.
There are some lovely riverside walks right on the doorstep and a large public park across the river. The Kinnoull Hill Woodland Park offers great walking and biking tracks.
Perth has many good cafes, bars and well established restaurants. If you fancy some live music there are usually a few bars offering this over the weekend. If golf is your thing there are four courses in Perth and several famous courses nearby such as St Andrews, Gleneagles and Carnoustie.
