Walking distance to supermarket, medical store, auto stand, cafe and restaurants. Tucked away from noisy streets. Ideal for couple, family and small group.

The space
The apartment is the fourth floor of a residential building in a quiet neighborhood. Elevator is available for guests. It is absolutely neat and clean with all modern facilities. Equipped with inverter to provide electricity in case of power failure.
please note that building does not have power back. Lift will not be functioning in case power failure.

1. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment or terrace/balcony.
2. Unmarried couples are not allowed 3. Induction top has been provided for cooking. It won't function in case of power failure as it requires high voltage. However Battery backup has been provided to function lights, fans and Wifi.
4. Kitchen is equipped with non perishable items, please bring anything else you may need for your stay.
