The space
Welcome to our Charming Rustic Loft located on a beautiful farm in Utah, tucked away beneath the majestic mountains of Timpanogos. This cozy and unique space is perfect for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life and immerse themselves in the peace and tranquility of the countryside.

The loft features a warm and inviting interior with rustic decor, and stunning views of the surrounding mountains and vineyards. It is fully equipped with modern amenities, including a comfortable queen-sized bed, a well-appointed kitchenette, and a spacious bathroom with a large walk-in shower.

Guests are welcome to explore the farm and interact with the baby doll sheep animals that call it home.

In the evening, take in the peaceful atmosphere and enjoy a glass of wine on the balcony as you watch the sun set behind the mountains. And if you're feeling adventurous, there are plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy nearby, including hiking, mountain biking, and skiing.

The Space
1 bedroom, 1 bath and fully equipped kitchen. Located above our office with private entrance. Views of the vineyard, gardens and castle from private balcony. Mostly quiet during the day. Events take place most evenings between the hours of 6-9pm (hours may vary). Parking is private and reserved during an event. Access to the grounds is closed each night by a large gate. You are welcome to come and go during these closed hours, however will need to simply un-latch the chain, open the gate, and close the gate behind you.
Includes fully equipped kitchen for on site meal preparation - dishes, pots, pans, mixing bowls, utensils, cookware, bakeware, etc. washer and dryer included. Large closet with extra bedding. 1 queen blow-up mattress provided for extra guests. Strong Wifi, TV with streaming services.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the loft apartment only. Feel free to admire the grounds, but because this is a full-time wedding and corporate event center, we ask that you only use the space provided. Feel free to walk around when no events are taking place. You are welcome to walk around the fruit orchards, and red barn where the animals are at any time. Thank you in advance!

Other things to note
We have a large gate at the entrance of our property that will be self locked with a large chain between the hours of 10pm-7am. If we have no scheduled events, you may notice the gate being closed early. We keep the gate closed all day on Sundays. We ask that if you must enter or leave during these closed hours, that you close and latch the gate behind you. This offers you privacy and safety in the evening and early morning to enjoy.

If you are booking for your wedding or attending an event on-site PLEASE
DO NOT BOOK our apartment if you plan on having any before or after parties. We are located in a residential area and have strict rules on noise after 11pm.

***We do not allow guests who use the apartment to use the grounds for any private events/weddings or ceremonies. If you are interested in using the grounds, you will need to reach out directly to Wadley Farms to book the event space/gardens. ***
