The space
The rental portion of this home is large and spacious. Situated on private acreage in a bluff lined hollow, the front yard has a pond, greenhouse, organic gardens, bluffs, springs, and a cave! You have 1800 sq ft, 2 bedroom, 1 bath with large living and kitchen, covered deck and sun deck with hotub and back yard.

a 3rd bedroom with private (master suite) bath upstairs is currently locked out seperate from 2 bd rental. check back for availabliity or enquire personally.

The waterfalls only flow when there is a lot of rain and ground is saturated, usually May and sometimes in Dec. They don't last long but it's definitely something to see!

You have 4 exterior doors. Two downstairs bedrooms share a bath with an exterior door and the living and kitchen areas of the ground floor have 2 sliding glass doors to the decks with hotub and the front door opens to the yard with firepit and gardens.

Other things to note
There is much work that has been done to build and restore this property over the past 34 years and the work continues.

Although not trendy or modern(90s), it is very nice, clean and comfortable despite the work in progress.

More needs to be done to improve the grounds and gardens and there are landscaping plans being made to highlight the unique water features.

Please use caution to visit the cave as nature has taken over and there is loose rock and poison ivy where the path had been. I apologize for this.

Neighbourhood highlights

Worth the drive. Getting here you will drive many winding country roads, see the lake, the river and possibly many deer. There are no neighbors! None that can be seen or see you anyway. They are all around but far enough and through the woods that you don't know it. It really feels like it is very remote. Many feel lost when looking for it but it is found by GPS. There is a no trespassing sign and another that says turn around. That does not apply to those I'm expecting.
