Old two-storey villa a few meters from the sea with three rooms that overlook the terraces with wonderful sea views, ideal for groups of friends and families looking for relaxation.

The space
The Villa is a short walk from the sea and all rooms open onto terraces with sea views. It has three bedrooms (two double rooms located on the main floor and one triple room on the top floor with a sloping roof), two bathrooms (one external on the main floor and one internal on the top floor), a main kitchen with an old oven, two terraces, a garden on the lower floor and a barbecue area. Ideal accommodation for lovers of peace and nature. The house maintains the original structure of the typical fishermen's houses.

The house is located 30 steps from the sea, a privileged and unique position. Within walking distance are the two food stores, the three bars and a hotel. Local families offer family dinners in their homes to enjoy the incredible dishes of the island, usually based on fish. A unique island for lovers of nature and the sea. The typical beaches of the Aeolian Islands are lava rock.
