Neighbourhood highlights

If you enjoy walking, bike rides, golf, days at the beach or just sitting back and relaxing, Hen Odyn is perfectly positioned within an easy drive to Abersoch (less than 10 minutes) and Rhiw, Nefyn and Aberdaron are all within 20 minutes away. To the North we have views of our own mountain 'Garnfadryn' (2km) and the the South uninterrupted views of Hells Mouth (Porth Neigwl) (5km) across the open fields. Hen Odyn is a very peaceful place, there is often no noise at all as the road that borders the front of the property is rarely used and our nearest neighbours are a single house (70m away) and a farm at the rear (over 100m). As there are no street lights or nearby ambient light, the night sky offers excellent conditions for star gazing, often the only visible light is from the moon! One of the reasons we purchased Hen Odyn is that we both enjoy tranquillity and the feeling of being 'part of' nature and the weather. If you like the idea of being tucked up with a roaring fire listening to the wind outside on a stormy evening then this is definitely the place for you :)
