Premier Downtown Riverfront in Bend's Best Location. Max 6 adults!!! There are 3 beds rooms all with kings beds. Float or Paddle to Mirror Pond in 5 min. Walk 10 min. to Downtown or Old Mill. 20 min. to Mt. Bachelor. Craftsman Style 2,500 sq. ft. home (built in 2009). Chef's kitchen and seating for 12. A private "Kid's Loft" upstairs with a 48" TV and Game console. Not a party house (please review house rules) but the ideal home for up to 6 people 4 paddle boards no pets allowed anymore

The space
View of the Deschutes River from almost every room of this LEED certified home for environmental design. Everything is 1st class - Granite counters, hardwood floors, new furnishings. Heated bathroom floors. Even a HEPA air filter/exchanger to bring in fresh cool filtered air from the outside as needed. 3 upstairs bedrooms have air conditioning.

A private "Kid's Loft" upstairs with a 48" TV and Game console.

There are five HDTVs with DirecTV: 48" in living room with surround speakers and Blu-ray DVD player, 48" in loft with game console and 35" in bedrooms.

Guest access
You have the entire home. Four person Sauna. Two Stand-up Paddleboards for your use to launch right from your yard. Two car garage and an additional parking space, plus street parking. The riverfront yard is officially a common are for two other units, but 99% of the time it is all yours.

Other things to note
We trying to keep a collection of float toys to use on the river. But, they often get lost, popped or blown away. You can walk 5 minutes to rent float tubes.
