2 Regency House is a contemporary ground floor apartment within a beautiful Grade II listed, three-storey Georgian town house in the centre of Bakewell. Tastefully furnished throughout, the apartment has spacious rooms and is perfect for two couples or friends who wish to get away together. The apartment is conveniently situated in the centre of town with lots of pubs, restaurants and shops to explore. A visitors parking permit is provided by the hosts.

The space
On entering you will find a warm, cosy sitting room with feature stove, two plush sofas, Smart TV and Superfast Broadband.
The kitchen is very modern and well equipped with all the utensils you will need during your stay. There is also a small oak extendable dining table that seats four people.
The two bedrooms have beautiful oak furniture and charming Georgian sash windows with the original Grade II Listed shutters.
Outside is a fabulous shared garden with patio table and chairs, accessed via stone steps and with views overlooking the rooftops.
