Welcome to our home! This a two bedroom lofted condo with one bathroom and extra vanity area. Our unit is on the top floor with a unique spiral staircase and views of the Frost Tower. There is a couch in the living area that can be used for the additional guests you may have with you as well as an inflatable mattress.
Our home is located two blocks from the Austin Convention Center and is also two blocks from the 6th Street entertainment district. Within a four block radius, there are over 30 restaurants and bars. The Airport Flyer stops one block away and allows for easy transit from and to the airport for $1. The new light rail also stops down the block and there are 20 bus routes within walking distance.
The Town Lake Hike and Bike trail is three blocks away and is a great way to spend a sunny day. Grab a drink at Halcyon Tea & Coffee Lounge or a breakfast taco from Taco Shack, all within a 5 minute walk.
We've had guests stay with us and they only have the best things to say about our beautifully decorated home and divine location. My wife and I lived here for over five years and absolutely love everything the neighborhood has to offer. Come for a stay!

This rental is considered a lease of the property. The lease is subject to and the residents of a Unit shall keep and abide by all of the terms and conditions of the Condominium Declaration and Master Deed for the Condominiums, and all laws of the State of Texas, County of Travis, and City of Austin, the Articles of Incorporation for the HOA, the By-Laws of the HOA, and the Rules and Regulations, as same are amended or extended from time to time, have been adopted by the Board.
Guests are responsible for the instruction of their children and guests as to the provisions of these rules and regulations. It is the responsibility of parents to provide supervision of their children while playing on the property.
Guests shall not make loud or disturbing noises, whether music or otherwise, at any hour and shall abate such noise between 10:00 pm and 7:30 am upon request by any person. Please note that open courtyards can amplify and carry voices and noises, including clanging pedestrian gates, stomping feet and cell phone conversations. Loud TVs and stereos carry through walls and between floors. Guests will be fined in the amount of $250+ for disturbing residents and disobeying the noise policy. This is at the discretion of the HOA and neighboring residents.
This room rates for this rental include a 6% state tax and a 9% city tax. This is for the Hotel Occupancy Tax (HOT) which is required of all short term rentals in the City of Austin and State of Texas.
We are non-smoking and pet-free.
