Or enjoy a soak in a freestanding bath in the stunning bathroom suite. An original fireplace is a decorative reminder of the building's period pedigree, and the designers (& managers) Freeman & Whitehouse have since created a new level of luxury. On one of the finest communal gardens in Notting Hill & Holland Park with nearby boutique shops, cafes and restaurants.
Please note - home now includes a light-filled desk area for homeworking overlooking the gardens.

The apartment is 580 sq ft, with an open plan kitchen/sitting room, a bedroom and an en suite bathroom with large bath and separate shower.

On the 2nd floor and south facing so is flooded with natural light throughout the day and there are sweeping views out over a beautiful communal gardens.

There is large amounts of storage and both a washing machine and dryer.

The apartment is exceptionally designed and executed, with fantastic attention to comfort and detail.

A key to the amazing St James Garden's communal garden, which the the flat overlooks, is available on request.

I live just round the corner from the apartment so will be on hand to welcome you to the flat, help you with any issues, give you local tips etc!

Holland Park is a wonderful neighbourhood with boutiques, restaurants, and lots of green space—including the beautiful Holland Park itself with its famous Japanese garden. Within 15 minutes walk are Notting Hill, Portobello Road, the boutique shops of Westbourne Grove and Westfield Shopping Centre, Europe's largest.
Coffee shops, supermarkets and restaurants (including Cowshed & Julie's) are within 5 minutes walk, as is a lovely little park (Avondale Park).

The tube station (Holland Park) is 5 minutes walk away. A bus stop and cycle rental dock are even closer. Paid parking is available on the street outside.
