Ffermdy is spacious, spread over two floors with rooms that are full of natural light. Your home from home is perfect for singles, couples or a group of friends and family. Our apartment is also dog-friendly. The best part – it’s only half a 5 minute walk from the beach!

The space
The ground floor has an open plan concept, with a living area, which includes widescreen TV with Netflix, alongside a large kitchen that opens onto a private deck with outdoor seating. On arrival, you will find snacks coffee and tea in the kitchen.

The stylish house has plenty of space, with the upper floor boasting two bedrooms and a bathroom. There is one large bedroom with a kingsize bed and one smaller bedroom with 2 single beds. Each room is equipped with a spacious wardrobe, desk and TV. There is one bathroom with a large spacious shower. The bathroom is equipped with shampoo, conditioner, soap and towels.

Please note: we happily allow pets at the property however they may not be left in the property unattended and are prohibited from going upstairs. With thanks.

Neighbourhood highlights

The flat is located in Llanrhystud which is 9 miles South of Aberystwyth.

The Barn Bar & Restaurant with an outside children's play area is a short stroll from the property (seasonal opening hours).

In the village there is a local pub, post office, service station and a bridal shop (La Môr Bridal). The river Wyre and coastal path run adjacent to the flat which leads to the beach which is approximately a 5 minute walk away. There is a ramp which can be used to launch boats/jet skis and sea fishing from the beach.

Just outside the village there is also a golf course and swimming pool which is around a 3-5 minute drive.
