Only 30 minutes from Lisbon, our Villa Azeitão its located in the heart of Vila Nogueira de Azeitão, at the bottom of beautiful Arrábida Mountain.
From here, it will be easy to know the best Setúbal Peninsula has to offer. The mountain, the beaches, the food, the wines, and much more.

The space
Our house has 1 suite, two bedrooms, a full service bathroom and an open, wide and well lit area where we can find the living room, dining area and kitchen, overlooking our patio and the back of the Palace of the Dukes of Aveiro.
The suite has a wardrobe, a Queen size bed, a TV and a private bathroom with shower. This room has a window onto the street.
The front bedroom, also with window to the street, has a wardrobe and two single beds that can be together or separated.
The rear bedroom, with window to the patio, has a double bed and storage area for clothes.
The service bathroom has a shower.
The living room has a 3 seater sofa, TV cabinet, LCD with remote, a support table and the AC. The dining area has a large table for 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances (induction stove, air extractor, microwave, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster) and kitchen utensils.
This wide area has adjustable intensity lighting.
The house has Wifi and cable TV. The air conditioning located in the living room has ability to cool the entire house. We provide several heaters for the colder nights.
The house is equipped with various safety equipment: smoke detection in the common area, fire blanket next to the induction stove, fire extinguisher at the entrance of the house, first aid kit above the refrigerator and all the health and safety information you may need are available in our information book.
The whole house is simply decorated, quiet and practical, in order to ensure a calm stay.
