Absolutely fabulous! Jean and Paddy are wonderful hosts, the annex is so lovely we felt at home as soon as we arrived. The village is delightful and larger towns and cities are really close by car. Would definitely recommend and we will be staying again. Thank you!

Thank you Jean, Paddy & family for a lovely break. Jean is a fantastic host; from restaurant tips beforehand to apple pie on arrival & coffee, juice, fruit, granola, yogurt, bread and eggs waiting for us, she couldn't have done any more. The accommodation is excellent; clean, warm, comfortable & private. There is a welcoming pub next door & a shop across the road. Villierstown is a real hidden gem- a picturesque, friendly village in a great location to explore Co. Waterford, Co. Cork & beyond. There are some great walks in the woods around Dromana House & plenty to do on the Blackwater River. We would happily recommend to anyone and are only sorry we didn't stay longer.

Jean went to great pains to make our stay comfortable; fresh bakes, milk and food in the fridge was much appreciated. The apartment was spotless, spacious and tastefully furnished with many interesting 'old pieces' carefully chosen to suit the beautiful period stone building which has been lovingly preserved in this beautiful village. The host provided lots of maps, brochures, etc to help us make the most of our stay. A lovely comfortable bed (with electric blanket) was exactly what we needed given the cold spell we experienced on this trip! A memorable stay in this beautiful place with an abundance of interesting places to visit and see, all within easy driving distance. Many beautiful walks in and around the village. Thank you Jean.
