The space
Exclusive living, 3 room, up to 9 persons, luxuriously furnished holiday apartment "orchid"
The apartment is located in the center of Berlin Tempelhof-Schöneberg and is available for holiday guests from January to December. The apartment is divided into a living room with kitchen, two separate bedrooms, one bathroom and offers space for up to 9 persons on a living space of 73 sqm.
Other things to note
Rental conditions / terms and conditions (GTC) of WKF GmbH:
1. A commercial holiday home is rented out.
2. The house rules applicable in the house are effective.
Quiet hours between 20 o'clock and 08 o'clock must be observed.
3. In the event of non-compliance or violation of the house rules, the landlord is entitled to terminate the contract immediately.
4. In this case, the prepaid rent will be charged as a flat fee!
5. Any damage caused by the tenants to furnishings
(e.g.: burn stains, glass breakage, etc.), will be charged at €48,- per hour or must be paid immediately in cash.
Smoking is prohibited in the entire apartment (including electric cigarettes), for violations at least
€200,- charged or paid immediately in cash.
In case of consultation with the landlord, an overnight stay of other people in the rental property is also possible.
6. In the event of an unauthorized overnight stay of second or third parties, the above-mentioned termination will also take effect and it is a surcharge of
€60,- per person per night!
7. Visits may only be received in consultation with the landlord.
8. If not otherwise agreed upon rental, the room must be left by 11 a.m. on the day of departure.
9. No valuables should remain in the apartment, as no liability can be accepted.
10. Key handover: Front door keys and apartment keys/e-key were handed over. In case of loss of keys/e-key handed over,
the landlord is entitled to charge the entire amount to recover all new built-in locks and keys!
1. The object of agreement is a commercial holiday flat.
2. Applicable house rules are operative.
The night's rest between 20 o'clock and 8 o'clock is to be kept absolutely.
3. If there is any failure to comply with these rules or breach of these rules the lessor is entitled to terminate the contract without notice.
4. In this case, the prepaid rent will be charged as expenses!
5. Possible damages of the tenant to furnishings
(for example: burn marks, broken glass, etc.) are caused to him with 48,- € per hour / immediately settled in cash.
Smoking is not allowed in the entire flat (including electric cigarettes). Violation will be invoiced with
EUR 200.00 / has to be paid in cash without delay.
6. In consultation with the lessor it is possible that more persons could stay in the flat.
Unauthorized overnight guests necessitate to terminate the contract without notice and the tenant has to pay
EUR 60.00 per guest and night in addition.
7. Visits are only allowed after consultations with the lessor.
8. If there is not another agreement, the tenant has to leave the flat until 11 o'clock in the morning on the date of departure.
9. No valuables should be left in the flat. The lessor assumes no liability.
10. Handover of keys: House keys and apartment keys / e-keys were handed over. In case of lost key / e-keys,
the landlord is entitled to charge the entire amount for the replacement of all new built-in locks and keys!
Check-in between 8 pm and 11 pm: extra charge €35.
Check-in between 11pm-8pm: surcharge €65.00.
Standard check-in is from 3pm on, check out by 11am.
Wi-Fi incl. pets €20,- per night.
Private parking space in the yard €15.00 per night
Check-in between 8-11 p.m.: extra charge EUR 35.
Check-in between 11 p.m.-8 a.m.: extra charge EUR 65.
Regularly check-in: at 3 p.m.; check-out: until 11 a.m.
WI FI included.
Pets: additional charge of EUR 20 per night.
Private parking in the yard EUR 15 per night.
