The space
Large balcony decorated with champagne table, sofa and armchair with Nespresso coffee table. The well-equipped kitchen features a cooktop, hood, electric oven, microwave, fine Bugatti dishes and cutlery, as well as good equipment for those who like to cook. A 42" smart TV completes this environment. In the laundry area, you can use the 8.5 kg washing machine. In the couple's room, guests also find a Smart TV, and in the two bedrooms, a ceiling fan and split air-conditioning. Our condominium is next to Ecoresort Tivolli and has the security of two entrance gates and the best beaches in the region, 800 meters away within the condominium, with private parking. For those who like sports, we offer 1 bike for tours and trails, such as the Sapiranga Reserve, Arauá Lagoon and Klaus Peters Reserve.

Guests will have free access to all common areas of the condominium, including the swimming pool
for adults and children, a party room, sauna, multi-sports court and bar area with a refrigerator,

Our condominium is 800 meters from one of the best local beaches, Praia do Castelo. If you are interested, we can provide a personal cook, with the option of stocking the refrigerator/pantry with a menu of your choice of hot dishes and desserts (price not included).
