This is a newly launch luxurious condominium located right beside Singapore - Johor Bahru Custom. There's a link bridge from checkpoints - 7-8 mins walk from condo to Johor City center and custom to Singapore. Very suitable for anyone visiting Singapore from Malaysia or visiting Malaysia from Singapore. The condo is equipped with pool, gym, and ping pong table.

2. Parking is subjected to RM 50 / day charge and deposit of RM 150

**Note:
1. You get a private room for this booking (not entire apartment) . In the room, there will be 1 queen bed. If there are 3 guests, we can add 1 extra mattress inside the room for you.
2. Parking is subjected to RM 50 / day charge and deposit of RM 150
Amenities:
There will be a bottle of shampoo, body soap, and hand soap provided in the bathroom. There’s a kettle at the kitchen which you can use to boil the water (Malaysia water is considered safe to drink after boiling). There’s hair dryer either inside the cabinet of your room or at the living room. We will also provide towels exactly according to the number of guests in the booking.
Everything else such as face wash, toothbrush and tooth paste, You need to bring on your own.
**If you come from a country with different plug from Malaysia / Singapore (we use 3-pin plug here), please also bring your own international travel adaptor.

The building management may carry out maintenance or other work within the property during normal working hours (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM).

As such, we are unable to guarantee complete quietness throughout the day. Thank you for your understanding.
