Perfect location. Patrick's flat was on a lovely quiet street filled with art galleries yet located around the corner from shops, bars, restaurants and some of the main sights. That flat itself is charming and feels cosy and lived in, with books and lots of interesting art on the…

We had a brilliant stay in this flat. Although the flat isn't huge there was plenty of room for our family of four (two adults, a nine year old, and a five year old). The best thing about the flat is the location. We spent many evenings walking by the Seine and eating ice creams…

Patrick's flat was very characterful and you felt immediately at home with its quirky touches- goldfish, plants, antique crockery and books everywhere! It is in a beautiful part of Paris, a lovely building and Patrick made us feel very welcome! Would definitely recommend :-)

Location is great, the flat is well positioned. Patrick is a really nice guy. Just needs to hire some proper cleaners for that flat. We got clean towels but not sure of the bed linens. The old lady downstairs was very nice and helpful.

We had a very lovely time in Patrick's flat. It is in a great location and was of a good size - very comfortable for us and our two young girls. It was very convenient to walk to many of the ttop sights.
