The space
This mobile home contains a lot of outdoor space for parking. Indoors it will make you feel at home, it is decorated with earthly colors and has an antique theme.

Guest access
Guest will have access to private bedroom with Queen bed for one or two people. The rest of the house can be shared like the kitchen, living room, and restroom. Outdoors they will also have access to the property for parking purposes.

During your stay
Someone will always be available incase of any questions or concerns.

Other things to note
* You will have a private room with AC and will share the dining area, restroom, and living room.

* Please keep in mind that common areas that are shared, are the living room, kitchen and bathroom. Please keep them clean and organized.

* I will inform you if there will be other guests using the other bedroom. Keep in mind that the bookings are automatically and instantaneous.

* For your safety, please keep all windows and doors closed to avoid any insects and other animals inside the home and to keep the house temperature.

* The thermostat could be adjusted to your preference. (For heather only).

* Each bedroom has its own AC. (AC could get a bit loud at night).

* The property next door does not belong to me. Therefore, I cannot remove the or do anything regarding the old mobile home.

* The city itself could get very dark at night; (lack of city lights). But the house itself, has light that will guide to the entrance of the property.
