Central heating on winter. Close to many city attractions within minutes from location.

The space
Updated 1400 sqft modern and comfortable furnished home, at one competitive price. Three private bedrooms on the second floor with 3 queen beds with pillows, private closets and dressers. Also full private bathroom is on the 2nd fl. First floor is where the kitchen is at with a gas range, refrigerator and dishwasher. On the livingroom guests will have a 43" smart tv with Netflix, Crackle, Hubu, YouTube, Pluto tv, HBO Now apps, just to mention a few. Also the dinning room is on the first floor. The backyard is equipped with charcoal bbq grill (charcoal and starting fluid not included). There's a patio table with chairs to enjoy the nice garden breeze and the city ambience in private backyard.

The location is great. Close to most major city attractions, restaurants, hospitals and at the same time you can relax within the city. You can also enjoy the sound of red Cardinals and Blue Jays playing in the backyard while having your morning coffee. Free street parking is available. Close to major highways.
