The villa has 3 bedrooms, each equipped with a 180x200 cm double bed and hot/cold air conditioning, so you can sleep relaxed every night. There is also a shower room and a bathroom with a bathtub.
The large living-dining room with a smart TV is the perfect place for evenings spent together. The fireplace with a pellet insert provides cosy warmth on cooler days, while the hot/cold air conditioning and the ceiling fan above the dining area ensure a consistently pleasant room temperature.
The separate kitchen is ideal for convivial cooking evenings, and a serving hatch harmoniously connects the cooking area with the spacious living room.

The distance to the kilometer-long beach is about 500 meters. Only a few 100 meters from the property there are numerous shops and restaurants. The distance to Denia center is only 12km
The marina and the old town of Denia can be reached in about 15 minutes by car.
Els Poblets
is located in the north of the Marina Alta region and belongs to the nearest larger city Alicante. It is located near the mountains and on the edge of the Mediterranean.

is a city on the east coast of Spain. It is located between Alicante and Valencia in the north of the Costa Blanca.
