You can feel relaxed and welcome in this beautiful home. Scenic bike paths for walking, biking or hiking are only half a block away. The home is situated in the south end of Red Deer within a quiet neighborhood. The house faces a grassy area within the close which provides plenty of parking. The Westerner, banks, malls, restaurants and coffee shops are only just a few blocks away.

The space
This special room has been designed with you in mind. Relax by watching a movie on Netflix or Prime Video or sit at the desk with your computer and use the free WiFi. There is a towel rack with towels and a large mirror for those good-morning make overs. Ample space is found for hanging clothes in the closet or storing them in the dresser drawers. A small refrigerator is in the room for your use.

All guests are welcome to use the full kitchen to cook and eat their gourmet meals. The living room is also a great place to hang out and a 'REAL' wood fireplace can warm you up! Just ask Wynne for wood.

Neighbourhood highlights

I love my neighbourhood. My home is situated in a close with one of the largest grassy (or snowy) areas in Red Deer. This area is great for throwing a Frisbee, football or snowball. The circular curb also allows ample parking. My home is located in South Red Deer and within walking distance to the Westerner, banks, malls, restaurants and coffee shops. The neighborhood is very quiet. The Red Deer College is 7 minutes away by car.
