Greenwood is the second floor of a renovated church. Featured in The New York Times, Alive, Spaces, and published in The Big Art Book- Now With Women, Greenwood Social Hall is my studio, my home, and a space for small private concerts. It has a beautiful kitchen, tuned concert piano, private art collection, generous living space, a shared full and partial bathroom. Located in the Westside neighborhood and walking distance to the Crossroads Arts District. Near downtown and the convention center.

I found my stay at the Greenwood just about perfect! An amazing one-of-a-kind space in a beautiful, safe part of the city. Peregrine was a wonderful and warm host. She was very helpful in giving me recommendations, very understanding of my schedule, and is also an interesting and…

Peregrine’s Greenwood listing was the perfect spot for our brief stay in Kansas City, and Peregrine was an excellent host. The space is close to the Crossroads Art District and there’s a great coffee shop (Goat Hill Coffee) right around the corner. Peregrine is an accomplished…

Where to begin! This is a unique space and we loved sitting in the large open area underneath the art installation and surrounded by works and the architecture of the church. My son got his piano practice in while I got some writing in. Everything in the community kitchen and…

We basked in creative juices while staying in the unusual, ecelctic and well-loved, beautifully remodeled sanctuary. We really loved the amazing art and creative community oriented vibe of this inspiring stay. It was a delightful space. We loved our walkable neighborhood!

Interaction with guests
I live on the upper level of the church and will be around most mornings and evenings. Occasionally you will find me around throughout the day as I work on my art or other projects. The space is a quiet and relaxing place (please note in the main description there are occasional…
