Our quaint 17th century cottage is ideally situated In the beautiful Perthshire village of Muthill. It comfortably fits 5, with plenty of living space. Fantastic garden to enjoy in the summer and cosy logburner to toast in front of in winter.
Muthil is a small village just outside Crieff. There is a village shop, a pizza and ice cream parlour and a top end restaurant. The market town of Crieff is a ten minute drive where you will find cafes, restaurants, shops, a co op supermarket and other amenities.
There are plenty of walks direct from the cottage, including the new Muthill to Crieff cycle path. Other walks can be found in the surrounding area.
For golf enthusiasts, there are courses aplenty; championship course at Gleneagles (ten minute drive) and closer to home, a picturesque nine hole course in Muthill itself.
Other points of interest include several distilleries on our doorstep, Auchingarrich wildlife park and only 20 minutes drive to Stirling castle and town.
