This is a special place from which you can start your ramblings through central Lisbon. The street is quiet, the neighbourhood is typical and cosmopolitan and the apartment luminous and cosy. Can comfortably be used by up to three people. Plus a child since we have an extra bed we can fully provide. It's located on a high first floor (three flights of stairs).
Enjoy your home in one of Lisbon's most trendy but less changed residential areas. We'll do our best to make feel at home!

The space
This is a very special place for us. It's our first investment and the main safeguard of our family's future. Our studio is in the front room and the rest of the apartment is for your private use. Although we share the apartment's entrance and corridor. That's it. We entirely respect your need for privacy, silence and rest. The living room has a stunning panoramic city view and gets plenty of the beautiful light of Lisbon. Excellent sunsets and evenings can be spent here. Enjoy! During your stay this is your home.

Penha de França is a typical neighborhood in Lisbon located between beautiful Graça, New Nations neighborhoods and Intendente area. Graça's Miradouros (viewpoints), monuments, bars and restaurants are 2 min away and the charismatic tram 28 is just two streets up from the apartment close to the best family run restaurant with traditional food in Lisbon. Alfama is 10 min by foot. Lot's of coffeeshops, nice squares, supermarkets, newsagents, takeaway food places and bakeries are open in the nearby streets. New Nations neighborhood is very diverse and cosmopolitan. Intendente area is 5 min by foot, best known for the alternative restaurantes, bars and the famous Ramiro (best seafood place in Lisbon). All the area and building are family friendly. This is still a very truthful area of the city and we have a superb list prepared, so you can make the most of your stay.
