Very personally renovated stone farmhouse of Tuscan lovers in 2nd generation, small pool, 5 hectares of land, vineyards, 200 years old olive groves and wild nature, 4 separate, individually furnished bedrooms and a separate bedroom annex with private terrace, large bathroom, 2 toilets, old wine cellar, large studio barn. The property is ideal for 8-10 people, but also because of absolute individual location for couples, own wine and olive oil products, vegetable garden , 3 terraces, quiet.

The space
The house and the country there are animated, lots of nature, a family located there in the neighborhood, who is there for all questions of the guests, can be reached at any time, but you are completely alone. No luxury, but a lot of charm and loving details that have been created there in 2 generations. We live hospitality with friends, artists, and have loved people there for 30 years.
The house is spacious, has five individually different bedrooms, a large classic arched living room with original Tuscan fireplace, large bathroom, everywhere chestnut ceilings and terracotta floors are preserved and maintained in the original. Outside, a 12 sqm pool, due to its depth, also keeps a refreshingly cool temperature in August (not filled between October and May - if desired, please mention in the booking request).
The highest mountain in Tuscany, Mount Amiata, is visible far into the valley. For children, the vast countryside with forest, natural spring in the valley and the pool and 5 hectares of land is ideal for adventure.
