Dear guests, i would like to welcome to our Sapphire home,located in the State Of Silver( Perak), blessed with glittering, fascinating & enchanting beauty of nature. You'll surely be pleased to stay in our Sapphire home because of the proximity of the nature beauty blessed here conveying a remarkable feeling & reminiscence. Our home is merely about 1.5km to Gunung Lang Recreation Park, one of the prominent tourist attraction in the state. Our home is located near Highway,with many eateries here

The space
Our home is double storey terrace house & spacious sufficiently to accommodate few families consisting of 4 bedrooms with attached bathrooms & have been completely furnished to meet, as well as , to content the guests’ expectations. All bedrooms are equipped with complete wardrobe , coffee tables, air-conditioner, ceiling fan, tissue paper & dustbin for the convenience. Each bath/shower room also is also provided with water heaters, towel rails, towels, shower gel, hand soap, toothbrush & toothpaste. Don't worry , in case you have forgotten to bring along all these items due to your hectic life. If you had passion in cooking or would to prepare your own , no need to worry or hesitate , as we had prepared few cooking tools for the purpose. If you have planned to stay here for longer days or have no time to search for the laundry, washer/washing machine is available here to meet your need. The Spacious Hall with the Smart TV, will be expected to provide uninterrupted entertainment, if have forgotten to bring along your laptop. In addition , our home is more secured with gated & guarded, access card, outdoor CCTVs in each street, alarm system built inside house. Undeniably to say that this is one of the neat and peaceful residential area.

There are many eateries nearby such as McDonald's McCafe, Old Town White Coffee House, Secret Recipe ( in 2.5km/5minutes of driving). Multiracial cuisine & food outlets are available here. If you are dedicated , passionate , interested , cooking is allowed inside the home & the tools have been prepared. Fitness facilities such as Badminton court MBC, Gym located just beside the Old Town White Coffee House. Jogging track is also available beside the Gunung Lang, to keep you fit & healthy.
Furthermore, there are 3 Petrol Stations nearby (namely Petronas, Petron and Shell station) with ATM machine. Therefore, don’t worry concerning about exhaustion of your fuel or pocket money.
In addition, Ipoh town, Lost World of Tambun & Movie Animation Park, Aeon Mall Ipoh Kelebang, AEON Mall Kinta City are located in 10km of radius/ 15 minutes of driving.
Last but not the least, this residential has a plus point geographically due to its proximity to the North- South Expressway, which is major trunk or backbone of the intercity @ interstate transport system
