This is a modern family home near the ring road in York with easy access to the city and to places such as Harrogate, Knaresborough and the North of York. I have been hosting for 2.5 years in the centre of York but have moved to a location nearer the countryside. We look forward to welcoming you soon. I often have guests who work locally and are moving into the area and certainly welcome longer term guests

The space
This is a warm and welcoming house. You are welcome to cook in the evening and there's usually one other guest and myself to have a chat to at some point

We are an eight minute walk from Clifton Moor, a ten minute drive from York Hospital and a 3 minute drive from Clifton Park Hospital. As well the large variety of restaurants at Clifton Moor, there are two lovely pubs within easy walking distance.
