Portstewart was a well loved Victorian seaside Port which has retained both its heritage and public appeal.

The apartment is a 2 minute walk from Portstewart Promenade which has a fantastic range coffee shops, ice-cream parlours, restaurants, bakeries, gift shops, art galleries, beach/surf shops.

Portstewart has several golf courses including Championship courses.

Portstewart Strand is a sandy, two-mile long beach in Portstewart, on the Atlantic Ocean coast. It is a Blue Flag beach in recognition of high standards of beach management and water quality.

Portstewart offers fantastic access to Northern Ireland's famous Causeway Coast from the historic city of Derry in the west to Torrs Head in the east.
