Stroll through the forest to the beach, or pop down the road to the park and beach. No roads to cross!

After your swim, enjoy a coffee or icecream at the Surf Beach café next to the park, where you will find toilets and outdoor showers.

Back in the complex, you can have a dip in the pool or play a game of tennis.

The townhouse is in a quiet complex, thoughtfully landscaped with native trees and shrubs which provide great privacy.

The complex adjoins a forest, with bush walks that lead you to other amazing beaches and breathtaking views.

Surf Beach shopping centre is a 2-minute drive (or 10-minute walk along the beach) where you will find a supermarket, wine shop, chemist and takeaway shops.

The larger Batemans Bay shopping centre is only 10 minutes drive away.

JJs at the Marina is about 5-minute drive towards Batemans Bay, where you can enjoy local oysters, seafood and other delicious meals with views of the bay from every table. It is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

You can also spend time pottering around Mogo village, with arts and crafts, a nursery and various eateries. About 20 mins drive.
