Located in center of Huahin , super convenient for transportation and going around. Seatown villa is near the most beautiful beach zone in Huahin and near everything you need!

2 stories sweet and cozy twin townhouse with plunge salt water swimming pool in a small garden. Total using area in the villa is 300 square meters which is very spacious for your group. Some of our guests coming here are honeymoon couples or celebrate their aniversary.

The villa is in a small local and peacefull village. It is easy to find, only 50 meter from main street. With this distace, it is very convenient for you to walk and getting around. No worries for transportation because the taxi and the bus stop is just around the corner. Safe your time and the transportation costs.

The whole villa is newly renovated. The red brick walls outside and some part inside the house give you the sense of vintage and characteristic style. From the door of the villa, there is a plunge pool in a small garden. The pool is salt water pool and the size is 2 meter in width, 4 meter in length and 1 meter in depth. The pool is good for relaxing while staying in the tropical weather in Thailand. While relaxing in the pool, you can also see the beautiful garden around. The living room is spacious and decorated in joyful atmosphere. It connects to the kitchen.

On the first floor, there is also a bedroom with pool view and the fully equipped kitchen. On the second floor, there are 3 bedrooms. Two of them are family room which is big enough for family to stay together.

*every room in the villa has en-suit bathroom ( private bathroom in each bedroom)

Bedroom no.1 is in the first floor suitable for senoirs who don't want to walk upstairs. It has 1 king size bed and 1 sofa bed for lazy relaxing during the day.This room has pool view and en-suit bathroom.

Bedroom no2. is in second floor.This room is the biggest bedroom in the villa. It is a connecting room . There is 2 king size beds and 1 bunk bed and en-suite bathroom.This room is suitable for family with kids who loves bunk bed. ( every kids does!)

Bedroom no.3 is the smallest one in the house. It has 1 queen size bed and 1 bathroom.

Bedroom no.4 is the connecting room with 1 queen size bed and 1 bunk bed. This room is also suitable for family with kids.

1 kitchen fully equipped European style with oven,stove,microwave,kettle and kitchen ware.

1 living room with big sofa and 50' TV with high speed wifi.

1 big dining table.

1 restroom in the kitchen area.

About the location, 50 meter from main street. 5 mins walk to Bluport shopping mall which is the biggest mall in Huahin and there is everything you need. 5 mins walk to many of the spa shops, and 5 mins walk to the beach. 2 mins walk to taxi stop.
Guests will be given the contact number of 24 hours tuktuk for travelling in Huahin.
Airport/ BKK pick up service is on request with reasonable price. It is easy for guests who travelling in groups.

IMPORTANT :
1.**The rental price is not include electricity.**
Electricity charge is 5 Baht/unit extra.
I would like my rental price to be good for everyone. Guest who use less electricity, they will pay less.This will be good policy for everyone, me , guests and save the planet :)
In average, a group of 8-12 people is around 500 to 800 per day depending on how your group usage behavior is.
Enerygy saving is for the sake of our world :)
2.**Please fill up the number of adults and children coming in your group correctly. The people more than 6 will have an extra charge.
***OUTSIDE GUESTS OR GUESTS WHO HAVEN'T BOOKED ARE NOT ALLOW TO BE INSIDE THE HOUSE even though they don't stay overnight.
Our property are not welcome unexpected guests.If it is found that the number of guests exceeded what is stated in the booking or there are unexpected guests, there would be a fine.Therefore if there are changes in the number of guests coming, please adjust it in the booking, or let us know at least one day before checking in.
3.**No daily cleaning service.
The cleaning fee is for cleaning only once our guest checking out.
The house cleaning during the stay is on request with extra charge.
The bed linens can be changed during your stay on request with extra charge.
Before leaving, please care for washing the dishes and house kitchenware.
