The house on Pendleton is great! -- Clean, super-cool art hangs on the walls, outstanding remodel of an already great house. You will not be disappointed. Worth noting is how close the house is to the Wheaton Metro stop. Easy, cheap, ramp parking is only 5-minutes from the house. Communication from the Hosts was excellent and fast. Our kids called it "our house" within hours of arriving. The kitchen is top-notch. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless. Washer/dryer awesome... We need to go back! Perfect base of operations for attending events at UMD, as well as doing the tourist thing in D.C. What a great, calm sanctuary to come home to. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Very nicely re-modeled home in the nice neighborhood. Appliances are all modern and there are plenty of dishes and pot and pans to prepare meals. We had family members over for a meal and we were able to comfortably entertain a group of 11.

This was one of my favorite Air BNB experiences. The spot was perfect for my husband and two kids. The design was beautiful and it was a pleasure to work from "home" for two weeks in a cozy, sunny, quiet location. Everything has it's place - great kitchen, gorgeous master bathroom with steam shower and lovely sitting rooms. It was easy to access, good parking, close to restaurants. Would come back anytime.
