Villa in the heart of the village, accessible via an old-stone alley bordered with local roses.
The house is great for 1 or 2 families. On one side, 2 master bedrooms, on the other side, another 2 double bedrooms, with large lounge/dining room and kitchen. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms or Shower rooms. A small apartment (1 bedroom, small kitchen, shower room) complete the property.
The Living area gives onto a garden and large heated pool (during warm summer months), opens onto a patio.

The space
The house has what one may need for a relaxing holiday, central (walking distance to cafés,shops, beach and local market) but yet peaceful and quiet.
You can also work from home. There is an office to isolate for work as well as a playroom/ office room with a desk and good internet.
The swimming pool opens mid june and closes the 1st day of autumn (22nd of septembre)
