This 1500 sq. ft. home is a mere 15 minutes to the TESLA factory off Interstate 80. Fernley is a growing community with much to offer. This room may be rented co-jointly with the other two bedrooms in the house at a discounted rate (monthly rentals only). This room shares a bathroom with one other guest.

We keep a clean house, NO Smoking, NO Pets and (sorry) No Children. This home is only a 5 minutes to the Interstate and central Fernley. WiFi and all utilities are included.
