Just minutes from downtown Cincinnati and CVG Airport in a nice residential neighborhood of Covington Kentucky. This is a complete lower level area with kitchen, plenty of space and private entrance. Owner lives in upper level and can provide limited transportation if known in advance at additional cost.Very quite setting. NO SMOKING. There is a microwave only for cooking. No oven or stove use available.
