The space
Suite 25 is very spacious and cozy. It is on the main level and at the front portion of our home. it is not the entire house. The suite will be stocked with some simple, basic breakfast items for you to prepare. This will be for the first night of your stay, giving you the time to settle in before doing your shopping. There is no Stove, but there is a toaster oven, microwave, bar fridge, Tassimo coffee maker and a kettle.
Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktails lounging on the swing or chairs on the front porch.
Wander through the the garden and taste the tomatoes or play a game of horseshoes.
A Sandbanks Provincial Park Pass is provided. This will save you the cost of a parking fee.
Please DO NOT bring your pet.
We have a friendly dog who is part of our home. But she is not allowed in the suite.
There is no access to the lake from the property, but the Dunes beach is just 1.6 km away from the house.
Occupancy, 2 adults. Sorry the suite is NOT suitable for children.

During these uncertain times of covid -19, for yours and our safety, we have enhanced our cleaning routine, using recommendations from Public Health Ontario for environmental cleaning. Using an appropriate disinfectant as well as tips on how tos.
We are also counting on you to self monitor for signs and symptoms of covid-19 or if you have been in contact with anyone with covid-19 please self isolate before your arrival. We have put in place the flexible cancellation policy for these such occasions.

We live in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. Our Lane is gravel and there are no sidewalks. We are a short walk to Isaiah Tubbs Resort as well as the Sand and Pearl Oyster Bar. Walking distance to Sandbanks Prov. Park.
Picton and Bloomfield are just a short drive away, both offer some quaint shops.
There is NO access to the lake from the property but The Dunes Beach at Sandbanks Provincial Park is 1.6 km from the house. Sandbank's also has many nature trails for you to explore.
