The space
Located just 10 minutes on foot from the Old Course, this luxurious two bedroom/two bathroom apartment is a real treat for anyone visiting St. Andrews. The apartment is on the second floor with balcony views to the North. Two spacious double bedrooms (Master with King and second bedroom with Twin beds) and fitted mirrored wardrobes. Each bedroom has a wall mounted TV set. The master bedroom comes with a delightful en-suite shower room.

A luxurious living room with dining table and four chairs. Sofa seating for at least four people. Sky TV with Sports. Sonos system with Bose surround speakers. Balcony for standing area.

The kitchen has been fitted with all modern appliances. Nespresso coffee maker and starter pods. Siemens double ovens, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. The cupboards are filled with essentials for home cooking. The hob is electric induction.

Gas Central heating is provided meaning immediate hot water at all times. Finally the apartment is complete with a separate laundry room containing Washing machine and separate Dryer, plus adequate storage space for suitcases or other items for your holiday.

West Burn Lane is located just off South Street and the apartment building is adjacent to several University buildings including the new Music School. There is a plethora of great eateries and bars on your doorstep. Plenty of free parking is available within 100 metres of the building, and there is speedy access to Abbey Street for those going to Kingsbarns, Crail, Anstruther etc.
