This 2 bedroom and 1 bath 2nd floor unit has plenty of natural light and a balcony to enjoy your morning coffee. It can sleep 6.

I always describe that our condo is close enough to everything but far enough away that you can relax without the loud noise of Coastal Highway.

The space
This 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom second floor unit has plenty of natural light and a balcony to enjoy your morning coffee. It can sleep 6. This unit has a large living room with a queen size pull out sofa. There are also 2 bedrooms. One that has a Queen Size bed and the second bedroom has Full over Full Bunk Beds. Please note that the bunk beds have a limit of 400lbs per level of the bunk.

When it's time for food, the stocked kitchen is available for you to prepare a meal. Clean up is easier with a dishwasher. The dining table seats four and is open to the living room area.

The home also includes WiFi and a cable television. Washer and dryer is also available in the condo.

This property does not allow pets or smoking and prefers renters over 25. Will consider younger renters on a case by case basis. The person renting needs to be present.

Linens (sheets and towels ) are not included. You can either bring your own or a can rent linens locally. We can provide you rental information in the area that can deliver linens to the unit.

You will be able to access the entire condo with the exception on one locked closet for the owner's personal items.

Other things to note
Please note that the condo association does not allow individuals that have pets other than the deeded owner. That being said, the owners do at times have a dog that has been in the condo.

Meet our family.... Diane, Byron and our daughter Kensy. We decided that our vacationing to Ocean City MD would make more sense to buy our own place and decided to purchased in March of 2019. We want our guests to have a comfortable stay and have tried to put in the condo those things that we would want to have available when we are vacationing including various board games and enough kitchen supplies to actually cook.
