Located at the mouth of Ogden Canyon. Minutes from world class Snow Basin. 10 minutes to beautiful Pineview Dam. Hiking trails everywhere. Fish is your own back yard!
I am here to help! 10 minutes to our beautiful downtown Ogden shopping area and historic 25th st.

The space
This is a guest cabin located next to my home which sits on 3 acres overlooking 2 trout ponds, a stream and the beautiful Ogden River. The cabin is surrounded by trees. and is located on .25 of an acre.

Guest access
You will have access to my back yard through a gate on the east side of the yard. If you would like to barbecue or build a fire down by the river you will need to check with me to make sure it is not in use that night. Bring your fishing poles if you love to fish. Patio furniture is provided if you just want to unwind by the river. I do not allow parties or more than 8 people down by the river.

Other things to note
My back yard is used for weddings, company parties, and reunions from time to time. I also use by back yard during the summer.

I have been a real estate broker and developer for 35 years. I love living by the water. This cabin is a guest cabin on my 3 acre property. I also own a beach front villa in Mexico I rent out when I am not staying there. I grew up on the water so snow skiing and water skiing were my favorites! I have since traded them in for hiking in the mountains in the summer and walking the the beach. Just tell me your interests and I am Happy to share my favorite place with you. My Motto is " If you are not and fountain then your a drain." I love being around positive people!
