High end, newly refurbished, 5 Star double room with ensuite bathroom. Spacious and well designed living and sleeping space complimented by our fully equipped modern kitchen. Décor is exceptional throughout. 5 mins walk to Battersea Park, 15 minutes to Clapham Junction and 15 minutes to South Kensington tube Station. Ideal for exploring all that Central London has to offer.
All of our bed linen is delivered to us from professional cleaners. Expect your bed to have freshly ironed, hotel bedding.
The space
A modern, well designed, double room. The room is part of an apartment with 5 rooms in total, 2 of which are ensuite, 3.5 bathrooms in total. The space is spotlessly clean and well lit with large windows and lamps. We pride ourselves on quality, with luxurious crisp bedding and well thought out, high quality furniture throughout.
BEDROOM
All the rooms have been sound proofed to hotel standards, a good nights sleep is assured. The room contains a comfy double bed, hanging rail, a desk, two bedside tables and two bedside lamps. It also come equipped with a new 40” LED TV.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is well equipped with a hob, oven, microwave and fridge. Guests are very welcome to make use of our Nespresso machine (which we leave fully supplied with pods) - so you can be sure to get a great cup of coffee whenever you fancy! There’s also a selection of teas to choose from.
SHOWER ROOM (ENSUITE)
Super modern, fully equipped shower room. Luxury toiletries and fluffy towels are all provided. The pressure on the shower is very good.
Guest access
Guests have access to their room and the kitchen on the ground floor. Feel free to use the garden too.

Please note: our standard check in times are between 3pm - 10pm. Check out is by 12pm. If you wish to check in or check out outside these hours please let us know. This is subject to availability and the possibility of a fee.
Checking in luggage early or keeping it at the property after check out may be possible. We have a lock up in the garden we are happy for you to use. This it of course at your own risk.

For a morning jog or even a stroll, Battersea Park is a must. Coffee and breakfast with a view of the lake is highly recommended.
it’s only takes 10 minutes to the world famous King’s road where you can shop till you drop or maybe just a little window shopping.
The Saatchi Gallery is also highly recommended and also located on the Kings road.
Exhibition road (South Kensington) is easily assessable (the bus stop is just in front of apartment on the main road) within 15 minutes. there you can visit the the Victoria and Albert museum and National history museum.
English Tea in the V&A courtyard is an experience not to be missed.
