The modern kitchen shines with quartz countertops, custom cabinets, and stainless appliances. The living room features a genuine leather sofa and a 65” Roku TV. Rest easy in the king master suite or two stylish queen bedrooms with fresh linens and ample closet space. Both bathrooms are updated—one with a tub, the other with a walk-in shower. Enjoy the private fenced backyard with a gas grill and outdoor dining. Washer, dryer, WiFi, and parking provided. Perfect for FLIBS guests, Hard Rock concerts, snowbirds, or family getaways—minutes from Fort Lauderdale Beach and Downtown nightlife.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire home, including the private fenced backyard, outdoor dining area, and convenient laundry space. Feel free to relax, cook, or enjoy the patio as your own. For storage and maintenance purposes, the owner’s closet and backyard shed will remain locked and are not available for guest use.
