The ground level has plenty of parking space for the whole family and room for 1 vehicle to park under the house. Outside, a huge 12’x26’ private pool is where you’ll spend the day splashing around in the sun. Afterward, take a dip in the bubbly hot tub to relax your muscles. Inside, you can play a round of billiards in the rec room while you watch the big game or listen to music. When it’s time to go to sleep, a comfortable Queen Bedroom shares a Full-Sized Hall Bathroom with another bedroom that has 2 Bunk Bed sets.
A split staircase leads up to the front porch on the middle level where you can access the main entrance to the home. For a more laid-back atmosphere, chill out in the charming den featuring an entertainment center and a wet bar that lets you truly vacation “Margaritaville”-style. You’ll love taking your beverage out on the covered deck that overlooks the pool to relax in a colorful Adirondack chair. At the end of the day, curl up with your favorite beach novel in the Master King Suite w/ Full Bathroom. Another Full Hall Bathroom featuring a Whirlpool tub and shower combo is shared by a second Bedroom with a Pyramid Bunk w/ Trundle Bed and another Queen Bedroom. A convenient laundry room completes this level.
Upstairs, the top level is a large open-style floorplan featuring a living area, kitchen, and dining area. Lounge on the cozy living room furniture for a movie marathon or grab one of the many board games and puzzles for a family game night around the card table. The nautical-themed kitchen has plenty of counter space and comes stocked with anything you might need to make a tasty family dinner. There is room for 10 at the dining room table or for more space, 4 people can sit at the kitchen bar. A lovely Master King Suite is located on this level and features a Full Bathroom with a Whirlpool tub and separate shower. Whether you prefer to flip through a magazine in the sun, watch the gorgeous colors of the sky during the sunrise or gaze at the stars at night, the top-level sundeck will be your favorite spot to hang out and let your stresses flow away with the ocean breeze.

Conveniently located less than 5 miles away from Historic Corolla, your family will love touring the Whalehead Club and visiting the Currituck Beach Lighthouse. For a real one-of-a-kind experience, take a tour of the 4x4 beach area just north of your home to catch a glimpse of the Corolla Wild Horses. After touring the area, satisfy your hunger with some pork BBQ and ribs at Corolla Village Bar-B-Que or a French Dip and Club Sub at Bacchus Wine & Beer Bistro.
