40m2 ground floor apartment situated in the city center, perfect for those who are searching for an inexpensive and comfortable but simplistic place to stay.

The space
The strength points of the apartment are:

1 – POSITION: Less than 10 min walking from the old touristic city center and the train stations to: Matera, Alberobello, Polignano a Mare, Monopoli, Ostuni, Trani, Lecce, etc.

2 – INDEPENDENCE AND DISCREPTION: Direct access to the apartment trough self check-in. If it is not necessary, there is no interaction with the owner.

3 – CONFORT - The house is equipped with: induction kitchen, air conditioning/heather, heather, high-speed WiFi Internet (FIBRA 1000MB), bed linens + towels.

Valuate before booking:

- Humidity: Given the flat’s proximity to the sea and the fact it’s located on the ground floor, sometimes the air is humid and dense. For this reason, I’ve equipped the 40m2 flat with 2 separated air conditioners/dehumidifiers.
