Wine Rise is a very historical place in Old Tbilisi.
Located near Queen Darejan's palace (the last Queen of Georgia), it offers the most attractive location of old Tbilisi where you can easily find lots of restaurants, bars, ancient churches , art galleries , castles (Narikhala), and Tbilisi's Botanical Garden .

Our apartment is a 5 minute walk from the Avlabari Metro stop, where there are also several grocery stores (e.g. "Spar," " Nikora," Ori Nabiji," as well as a number of pharmacies.

The space
Our space is a 2 story apartment on the third floor in the neighborhood, offering a great view of Old Tbilisi and the rest of the city. The top floor has an entrance to the open-air terrace, a great spot for breakfast or a small dinner party.

Avlabari is a very old and historical neighbourhood of Tbilisi. The house itself is located on the street called “Wine Rise.”

It is a 2-3 minute walk away from the Avlabari metro stop. In this area, there are plenty of grocery shops like Spar, Nikora, and Ori Nabiji.

Across the street from the apartment is the very central Rike Park, which is connected to a number of popular restaurants and streets to walk down by the Peace Bridge.

A bit farther away (7-12 minute walk) from the apartment is the well-known Botanical Gardens and traditional Tbilisi bathhouses.

Other popular areas to visit like the Dry Bridge (where you can find local art and secondhand household items) and museums along Rustaveli Avenue are also nearby and easy to reach by foot or by metro.
