The building is an older large Israeli residential apartment building.
It is not a new and fancy looking building.
There is no elevator in the building and there are 22 stairs to climb to get to the apartment door from the sidewalk.
This location is so popular with tourists.
I have other apartments in the same building and we get great feedback about the location. You can walk to many popular tourist spots . It is walking distance to the western wall and many Christian holy sites. There is no elevator in the building so you need to walk steps to get to the apt. The building is an older large residential apartment building. It is not a new and fancy looking building. We gutted and renovated the interior of the apartment.
This apartment is a 1 bedroom apartment and it is accessible to our guests staying in the apartment at the time. It is compact and has what you need. It is perfect for one person or a couple and even a couple with one child.
Interaction with guests
my housekeeper lives on the floor above this apartment and she tries to answer questions and be available if people need an extra towel or a sheet etc. I am available by phone and email
Other things to note
there is no elevator in the building. there are 22 steps from sidewalk to the apartment door. there are 7-8 steps from the sidewalk to the building and 14 steps inside the building to get to the apartment. This apartment is not suitable for people who have difficulty walking. the building is set back from the sidewalk so one has a walk a bit to get to the building.

I was born and educated in Brooklyn, New York and my husband is from Houston, Texas. We met and married in NYC moved moved to Israel from Manhattan in 1986 with two small children.
Our family grew during the years we lived in Israel and we have wonderful children , thank G-d.
We bought this apartment 5 years ago to help support my son who is studying.
We gutted and competely renovated the apartment with the help of a decorator.
This vacation rental is in a fantastic location and we get lots of very positive feedback from tenants who stay here . There is a small terrace with an amazing view. This special view was the first thing that convinced me to buy this apartment.
