The space

This location is so popular with tourists.
I have other apartments in the same building and we get great feedback about the location. You can walk to many popular tourist spots . It is walking distance to the western wall and many Christian holy sites. There is no elevator in the building so you need to walk steps to get to the apt. The unit was very modern and clean. Location is fantastic and in a very quiet neighborhood. The WiFi worked great and having a washer/dryer in unit was very convenient. Ann and the cleaner were very responsive.

Ann’s apartment was perfectly positioned for me, it was on the street where I wanted to be. In general it is very central, close to the main Jaffa tramline, a large shopping centre and with a short pop to the market. You can walk to many historic places in the old town. My trip was not a holiday, so there were a few points I needed to make it successful - a very good internet, a comfortable bed, good shower pressure, good kitchen facilities, the position in town - I was pleased with all of these. Ann is a good host. There are excellent directions given to the apartment and lots of explanations about location and facilities. She is also a good communicator. I had a very pleasant time and would not hesitate to stay in this property again.

This apartment was perfect for my Jerusalem stay. I could easily walk to lots of restaurants, cafes, stores, markets, and parks. It's proximity to both Meir Shearim and Jaffa Road provided accessibility to the entire spectrum of Jerusalem! Plus, bus stops and the light rail were near by if I wanted to venture farther afield. I felt safe walking alone in the evening and found the bed, shower, seating, kitchenette, heating, and lighting all comfortable. (Elements key to a pleasant stay for me, as a 64 year old woman.) Having access to a washer and dryer was nice. It was clean and well maintained. And the apartment's location just behind the street made it feel quietly tucked away. This apartment offered everything I wanted.

Amazing location--the best of both new and old Jerusalem within minutes. On bus lines and also close to light rail. Apartment was modern, clean and bright. Surprisingly super quiet given the number of children in the building. Set back from the street so no street noise at all. Ann was very helpful by phone and let us move in early (we were ahead of schedule). A bargain! Also next to the best gift shop in Jerusalem--Lifeline for the Old, a nonprofit workshop for the elderly. Bought lots of handcrafted gifts for friends and family.

I booked the apartment for a colleague who was working in Jerusalem - a 3 week stay. He found it as described and photographed, small and compact, ideal for one person, wonderfully located, and everything in good working order. When we asked for a frypan and eggflip they were provided same day.

Host gave very good directions that brought us straight to the apartment. Location is amazing- close to old city and the main streets. Could not have imagined a better location! Apartment was clean and spacious enough for two people. Shower was great but only once you learn how to turn on the hot water (switch outside the bathroom). Bed is two single beds placed side by side. Mattress was decent, but not the most comfortable. Overall, very comfortable stay and we would stay there over and over again.

I was born and educated in Brooklyn, New York and my husband is from Houston, Texas. We met and married in NYC moved moved to Israel from Manhattan in 1986 with two small children.
Our family grew during the years we lived in Israel and we have wonderful children , thank G-d.
We bought this apartment 5 years ago to help support my son who is studying.
We gutted and competely renovated the apartment with the help of a decorator.
This vacation rental is in a fantastic location and we get lots of very positive feedback from tenants who stay here . There is a small terrace with an amazing view. This special view was the first thing that convinced me to buy this apartment.
